| I can't say enough good things about Al's. I will continue to bring my vehicles in for every service he can provide. If he doesn't do what needs to be done (like body work) he will give a referral to someone who can do right. I have brought friend's cars in for him to work on without any hesitation. They too have been very satisfied with the completed work and prices charged. Definitely a 5 star operation! |

| Al's integrity when it comes to performing work on our vehicles is unquestionably the highest. We have a vehicle with more than 225,000 miles, and he is very deliberate in explaining what should or should not be considered in repair costs. He has gone so far as to suggest certain expenses he would not recomend, even though it would be a greater profit for his company. I love the fact that Al always has the best interest of his clients first and foremost when discussing repairs and maintenace. I also love the fact that he is a small business and I am supporting a local businessman rather than a large corporation. |

| The headlight renewal was amazing! They look like new and are sealed so will last longer. Makes old car look so much better. Usual fast and thorough service at a reasonable price. I tell all my friends about Al as everyone needs a repair person they can trust! |

| I believe Al is an honest guy and won't have you spend money fixing something on your car that isn't necessary. This is so unlike the dealer service centers where they are required to make a quota and call you with at least $500 in other work they noticed needed attention. |

| Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Brought my Honda in from out of town and tried to find out what is causing a noise that was coming intermittently. Did not try to sell us anything but what he though was needed and welcomed us to drop the car back anytime if the noise suddenly come back and he will investigate it again. This car is my daughter's while away from college and now can feel safe that there is a repair shop that looks out for the customer. Al is super. |

| I brought a 17 yr old car to Al and asked him to look it over to see if it was worth fixing. He tried to dissuade me into putting any money into it. He could have "soaked" me with a laundry list of repairs but he didn't want to make money off of me that way, he said. How many mechanics can you trust to tell you the truth like that? In the end, because we needed the car, he fixed the most important items and we feel it's safe to run for a little while longer. |

| I've been a customer of Al's Auto Repair for six years and every visit has been awesome. Al's goal is 100% satisfaction for every customer, and Al and his staff hit that mark every time I have needed their services. They are trained professional who are observant and catch things that need repair that I was not aware of - for example a burned out tail light or a slack tire. Because the customer's safety is their concern, they go above and beyond in examining each vehicle from bumper to bumper. Even though I no longer live in the Cornelius area, I make the drive to Al's Auto because I know the integrity and quality of the work that will be performed on my vehicle. I recommend Al's to all my friends and have even given strangers in grocery store check out lines his card when they told me they had car trouble.
